The Willow Green Townhomes are located at 34th Street and Hickok Place, just south of Iris in north east Boulder. There are forty townhomes in a quiet neighborhood.

There is a clubhouse for the use of residents and each townhome has a reserved parking space

The Condominium Declaration was first recorded in 1980.
